We are unable to specify a delivery time or date. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, during office hours. The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with the relevant contact details. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse with the shipment reference number, which will allow you to track it at any time. Currently, our online shop is available worldwide, but shipping costs vary by area.

Please note: During busy SALES - PROMOTIONS - BLACK FRIDAY periods, shipments may be delayed.

For Eur 1 (Austria and Germany) and Eur 2 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, and Hungary), shipping costs are 10 Euros (€) and are waived for orders over 80 Euros (€).

For Eur 3 (Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey), shipping costs are 30 Euros (€) and are waived for orders over 120 Euros (€).

Regarding Switzerland and non-European countries, due to varying customs policies and import duties, Nalì has no control over possible charges that may be applied upon the arrival of an order, as it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these taxes. In case of doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to obtain information on customs duties and their applicability.
