How to order
After registering as a customer, just click on the desired items to access the description, select the desired color and size (where possible) and add everything to the cart. Finally, click on the button and follow the subsequent steps indicated.
If an item you're interested in isn't available online, it's likely out of stock. However, the products are updated often and therefore there is a possibility that the item will become available again in the future. We currently do not have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them later. However, it is good to remember that by doing this you do not reserve any product but save it for a future purchase, if available.
Nalí offers the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, Cash on delivery, Klarna* and Google Pay.
The cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 5. At the time of delivery it will be necessary to have available in cash the exact amount of the order indicated in the shipping confirmation email; the courier cannot give change and does not accept cheques. For any reimbursement, a bank or postal current account must be indicated. Nalí is a secure website, it protects your personal information by encrypting data transmission via secure HTTP.
All orders are processed in Euros (€). If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit the amount of your order will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Nalí.
