How to order
After registering as a customer, just click on the desired items to access the description, select the desired color and size (where possible) and add everything to the cart. Finally, click on the "Order" button and follow the subsequent steps indicated.
If an item you're interested in isn't available online, it's likely out of stock. However, the products are updated often and therefore there is a possibility that the item will become available again in the future. We currently do not have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them later. However, it is good to remember that by doing this you do not reserve any product but save it for a future purchase, if available.
Nalí offers the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, Cash on delivery, Klarna* and Google Pay.
The cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 5. At the time of delivery it will be necessary to have available in cash the exact amount of the order indicated in the shipping confirmation email; the courier

Normally the shipment takes a maximum of 2-5 working days from the date of shipment of the package. Only in exceptional cases can the waiting time be extended. It is not possible for us to indicate the time and date of delivery. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, during office hours. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, each time leaving a notification on which you will find the relative contacts. After three delivery attempts, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses with the shipment reference number, which will allow you to track it at any time. Returns and Refunds
You can return any product purchased on Nalishop.it within 14 calendar days of delivery. To do this, fill in the appropriate online form and print the return receipt. In this case, the return costs and any theft or loss will be at your direct expense, while the shipping and delivery costs of the order will be reimbursed. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return within 3 working days of receipt at the headquarters. Nalí reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for products not returned correctly or received out of time and/or in conditions that are not the same as at the time of shipment. Refund on card
Upon acceptance of the return, we will refund the corresponding amount to the credit or debit card used for the order. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to complete. The time required for the amount to be credited to your account will depend on the institution that issued your card.
Refund to PayPal account
Upon acceptance of the return, we will issue the refund to your PayPal account, which will be visible within the following 24 hours. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
Cash on delivery refund
The refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account to be indicated in the Return Form. The refunded amount will be visible on the account statement within 10 working days of the return acceptance confirmation email.
For all other cases, the refund will be made to the card of the chosen payment method and will be displayed according to the times of the bank that issued the card.
