You can return any product purchased on Nalishop.it within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Where do I ship my return?

Once the request is approved, prepare the package by placing all items in a suitable, well-sealed box, then ship it at your own expense to:

We recommend tracked shipping: the package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted within 3 working days of the parcel being received at our warehouse. You can also track the status of your request in the dedicated order section of your account.

NALÌ reserves the right to refuse a refund for items returned after the deadline or in a condition different from how they were shipped. In such cases, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped, neatly packed and with the tag still attached.

• Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
• Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and other accessories received in the package.

The refund is issued upon acceptance of the return, using the payment method used for the order:

• Credit or debit card the credit may take up to 14 days, depending on the card-issuing institution.
• PayPal the refund will be visible in your account within the following 24 hours; any transfer to the linked card depends on the issuing institution.
• Cash on delivery the refund is made via bank transfer: we will ask for your IBAN during the return request process. The amount will be visible on your bank statement within 10 working days of the confirmation email.

Original order shipping costs are refunded only in the event of a full return. For a partial return, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

We apologize for the inconvenience. You may request a replacement or a refund by writing to help@nalishop.it and providing:

• Order number
• Full name
• Photo of the defective product
• Description of the defect
• Preference for replacement or refund

If our Customer Service verifies the defect, we will arrange for the collection and delivery of the replacement product entirely at our expense.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges: please return the item by following the return procedure and place a new order for the desired size or color.
